- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪These people are seriously criminals. The office knew I had blue cross blue shield and knew that the hospital they work with DOES NOT take it but made me pay a $250 copay to see a doctor that in the end could not do anything for my daughter. They even told me to wait for the surgery coordinators phone call but never bothered to call me and let me know I was never going to hear from them because their hospital won't take my insurance. During the office visit they even sprayed my daughter's nose to numb it for a procedure to have a camera go through it but never went through with the procedure. Ridiculous!
